Power Transmission
YTL Power International is involved in electricity transmission through its 33.5% investment in ElectraNet Pty Ltd, a private limited liability company in Australia.

YTL Power International has a 33.5% interest in ElectraNet, South Australia's major electricity transmission company, which owns and operates the state's power grid under a 200-year concession.
ElectraNet provides a high capacity link that connects South Australian electricity generators to the distribution network operated by local utilities and to other major end-users. Extending across approximately 200,000 square kilometres, through 5,900 circuit kilometres of transmission lines and 97 substations and switchyards, ElectraNet's transmission network provides electricity to over 99% of South Australia's population.
